We’re excited to welcome a new member to our team, Brad Yaceyko, who brings more than two decades of industrial safety sales experience and strong ties to Alberta.
Brad joins Scout Innovations Canada, Inc. as Canadian Sales Manager, following a career that includes roles with well-known organizations such as Grainger, MSA, Concept Controls and Honeywell. His experience spans a broad range of safety solutions and industrial sales positions, supporting customers in safeguarding their people and operations.
“Throughout my career, I have acquired deep expertise in safety solutions and industrial sales, helping customers identify the right products to protect their people and operations,” said Brad. “I’m excited to join Scout Canada because of the opportunity to introduce innovative sensing solutions and re-engage with long-standing customer relationships while helping organizations elevate their safety programs.”
With extensive regional experience, Brad is particularly enthusiastic about expanding into the sensor market and reconnecting with familiar clients. He looks forward to introducing colorimetric tubes and pumps, further expanding the solutions available to customers he has built trust with over the years.
Brent Yaschuk, CEO of Scout Canada, welcomed Brad to the team, highlighting the value of his experience and local insight. “Brad brings an exceptional depth of industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the customers and industries we serve,” said Yaschuk. “His leadership and passion for safety make him a great fit for Scout Canada as we continue to grow our presence across Canada.”
Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Brad has a strong connection to the community and a clear understanding of the industries that drive the region. He will be based in Grande Prairie, supporting customers locally while continuing to build new relationships more broadly across Canada.
Outside of work, Brad leads an active lifestyle. He enjoys playing ball hockey in the spring, as well as fishing, hunting and spending time at the gym, with a strong interest in staying active and fit.
In addition, Brad is a coin collector and a dedicated hockey coach. Since his son began playing hockey at the age of five, he has volunteered as a coach or assistant coach for six consecutive years, giving back to the sport and his community. Nash recently transitioned to a goalie and made the U11B team. Brad also has an older son Carter and daughter Abbie who both live in Edmonton. His wife Kristin is a substitute teacher in the Grande Prairie community and owns a small Airbnb cleaning business.
We’re thrilled to have Brad join the team and look forward to the experience, energy and perspective he brings to Scout Canada and our customers.
